Since about 2014 I had been visiting Hatteras island twice a year. In 2020 I went again, but this time with my camera and reached out to a few people I have met. They introduceed to others while I was there for a week and we were able to make a few pictures of some of the people who live, work, and places there. Hatteras is speacial. Filled with nature, the ocean, and is a destination for many throughout the year. These are some of the people I met and places I photographed.
